How do I deal with this issue. A Sales Order is entered in OE but then the Customer cancels. I don't necessarily want to delete the order. Is there a way of 'completing' it without invoicing? Thank you.

Hi Suz,

It's really easy with OrderEntry 9.3A; just highlight the order and click the Complete button, This automatically sets items with quantities on order to have the backorders removed, thus completing the lines and the order, recording them all as 'lost sales'.

In versions of Order Entry prior to 9.3A, you have to manually edit the order and each line to change each item backorder quantity to zero. Saving this change will complete the order.
