my computer crashed this week requiring me up download my Adagio software so I downloaded 9.3A upgrade. During installation I received the following message: crystal file installer does not exist [C:\SOFTRAK\system\CR_InstallCommon\CRRuntime_32bit_13_0_20.msi]. I also downloaded the 9.3A service pak hoping that would correct any issues. I tried to print a manual check today but there is no print button on the screen. How do I fix this problem.

Contact your Adagio consultant. Troubleshooting this is beyond the scope of this forum.
