I have hundreds of jobs to put into archive, and can't remember if there's a way to do them as a "batch" or if I have to do them individually. Please tell me they don't have to be done "one by one".

Hi Karen,

As you've probably seen, multi-select is not available on the Edit Jobs screen, therefore archiving multiple jobs at once is currently not available.

But if you have "Retain archived jobs" turned on in the company profile, deletion will automatically archive the jobs.

On the Maintenance menu, you can select all or a range of closed jobs for deletion, which will move them to archive.

Thanks Kate...as much as I would love to have the option to close jobs in a batch manner, vs individually, this will certainly help, and save time. Thanks for reminding me about it!!!!
