A client has a new workstation, with Office 2013, registered and working fine.
When she clicks on the ExcelDirect button from anywhere in Adagio, nothing happens.
Other workstations on the network have no problem with ExcelDirect.
I'm almost sure it's a setting in Excel that is blocking the function, but I don't know Excel well enough to troubleshoot this.
Has anyone else experienced this and knows what might be causing the problem.
There is no SSI2XL.INI file. When I create one re-directing the ExcelDirect to, for example, Notepad, it does create a text file. So I know the ExcelDirect button is getting activated.
