The first thing to determine is whether the batch created by Accpac Plus AP was correct in the first place. If you have a backup copy of the data prior to doing the retrieval into GL, you can see if the GL transactions file was OK. Preview the GL transaction report (sorted by Journal entry) to see things as they would be retrieved into a new GL batch. If the accounts are missing there, then you'd have to look into why things are incorrect based on AP posting.
If the GL Transactions file is OK, then try re-running the retrieval with this copy of the data on a local drive (or somewhere other than your live data location). Can you duplicate it? If so then there may be a problem with the data or how Adagio Ledger is reading it. If it works fine, then you may have had a network environment situation, such as Norton preventing file from being accessed correctly.
Make a backup of your AP and GL data the next time you are ready to retrieve a GL batch. If the problem occurs again, there is something you can restore from, and also some data that we may be able to use to investigate the situation.
