Good Afternoon,

I completed both the ledger and payables updates that were emailed to me on July 6, yesterday at 1:31pm.

After completion, it asked me to restart my computer. After doing so, both the ledger and payables programs were empty. I could click on the icon - but no program or content was in there. Because of this, I have had to place an initial service call with Adagio and am now having to have the entire program re-installed.

What is my best solution?

Your best solution is to contact your Adagio consultant. If you don't have one you trust you need to get one.

Among other things, he/she will tell you that the "restart" question should be answered no. Not that that caused the problem.
