Hi All,

DC (9.2A) reported over 1,000 CQ (9.2A) Application Integrity errors:
"Invalid prospect code XXXXXX on Open Quote 48014-A".
This prospect was transferred to a customer. Rebuild shows the following result:
"*** Prospect must be manually corrected for Open Quote 48014-A"

Please let me know how to get rid of such "errors".

View Quote 48014-A and whoever the prospect is, add it back. Hopefully adding back a few prospects will take care of most if not all of the errors.

If the quotes are really old and will never be needed, you can also delete them.

Old version of SalesCQ did not adjust outstanding quotes when a prospect was turned into a customer. They must be adjusted manually.

The current release of SalesCQ does not have this limitation.

There are too many prospects to be added back for no benefits.
I left two years worth of data and only visible solution is to wait another couple of years until quotes older then two years could be deleted. Min time, I'm planning to disable CQ application DC check.

The data could be repaired with GridView-RW if your consultant has access to that module.
