When attempting to print outstanding cheques in Cheque Reconciliation, our client is getting the following error message - "Error access violation at address 04538B03. Read of address 04538B0 occurred when attempting to append record to cheque rec batch detail work file.

We have rebooted the workstation, compelted a DIC with no errors and this occurs each time the function is attempted.

Hi Lars,

We have seen a similar (but not identical) error message when printing the check reconciliation report when Payables is interfaced to Adagio JobCost. It was only introduced with the most recent service pack, and should be fixed for the next future service pack.

If they are not intefaced to Adagio JobCost, we will need more information.

Hi - The Payables is in fact integrated with JobCost. I will pass this on to the client and hopefully we can provide a SP to them fairly soon. This is a new install so it would be good to get them totally functional. Thanks again.
