Hello Roto-Rooter Plumbers,

Are you trying to add a column to show "The current period last year" (.LYM) or "Last year YTD" (.LYY) or 12 columns showing the net posted for each of the periods last year?

To add a column to an existing statement:

• Insert a column.
• Copy the current month column
• Paste it onto the inserted column
• Click Edit | Replace with the pasted column highlighted
• Change ".M" to ".LYM"
• Change the column title to "Same period last year"
