I would like to create an account for YTD on my PNL rather than it hitting a monthly PNL. How would I go about that.

Also, on my PNL I need to add an additional account to one of the line items, how is that done?

This is really a Technical Support problem, so I will move your post there. Your profile does not identify you as being with a company using Adagio with an Upgrade Plan. The video's Andrew mentioned will likely answer your questions, otherwise you first question doesn't make any sense and the second just requires you to edit the account numbers in column B for the row in question.
