I have a client who is having a problem. They do not allow all items at all locations. This is causing a problem when trying to assign the location allowed to the newly added item, as everyone has to exit Order Entry in order for this to be done. If not, they get a message saying "ICGLOB record conflict" -- Unable to access record. This record is in use by "System Account" in windows "Adagio Order Entry" ... The people in Order Entry are just entering orders, and have to exit this process entirely.

Hello pwc,
Are they entering receipts in Adagio Inventory, or are they using Purchase Orders for Adagio or PO Tracker?
