This is just the post-conversion data. Andrew requested both the pre- and the post-conversion databases. Without both, we need to determine if there is in fact a conversion issue or not.

This data doesn't have the same extension as the other post-conversion data you sent. It is, however, for the same company. Perhaps, their backup process automatically changes it?

Also, this data has already been converted to 9.2B.

It doesn't have the DIC error in it though. If this is same data, it appears that the dataset with the integrity error requires a database repair.

Hi, it is the same company. I simply changed the extension of the data files.

They are sending another copy of the data. I'll pass it on as soon as I'm able to confirm that it's the correct file.

Pre-converted BKAP0033_CLEAN and post-converted BKAP0034 uploaded. Conversion was from Payables 9.2A (160524) to Payables 9.2B (161208).

Do you have any outstanding invoice batch in that dataset?

If not, try creating an invoice batch with a dummy entry and run DIC again.

I run into a similar issue today. Michael Mulrooney instructed me to create a dummy invoice and DIC was okay after that.

This is a temporary work around but it worked on my client's dataset. I hope it works for you too

Hi, Lars,

Tammy's suggestion is the correct workaround. With the information she provided to us Friday afternoon, we were able to determine the problem, which was a problem with DIC going into an endless loop not with conversion. The fix will go out with the next release.

In the meantime, if this site encounters the issue again, please have them do what Tam suggests.

So you know, in the data you sent, there were additional 'unrelated' DIC errors after and DIC does rebuild these.

Integrity check has been fixed in the Payables 92B (170130) HF.
