In Inventory receipts, when doing an inquiry on an order there is a "STATUS" line that indicates, completed, printed, etc.

I can not find that find in Quik Reports, DOS version 6.5 991116. I checked with Unisoft and they said they did not see it either and to check with softrak.

FYI, there is a accessable status line on the details, but not on the "overall" purchase order.

Question; am I missing something is it not available.

Hi Janet,

I found the Status fields under Additional Fields, Audit Information.

They included: H-Print Status, H-Costed Status, H-Completed

If you do not have these fields or this section, make sure that you have the latest version of the IR 65A tables. They are available from PTF in the Partner section.

Thank for you reply. I have the lastest PTF for IR that allows access to the IRAUDIT file, but this file (I think) is created with Day End Processing and goes away? I still have not been able to get the "Status of the Entire" purchase order in Inventory Receipts. I could not get the fields to work properly in the Additional Fields, Audit Information, even though it does go away.
Am I missing something.

Hi Janet,

Also look under Additional Fields / Transactions. There are Print Status, Cost Status, and Complete Status fields, and a Status description as well. Perhaps this is what you wanted instead of the audit info, which would be cleared in IR.

If you have the updated table from the website, that is the most current table we have available. If there seems to be anything else missing, please let us know.

The Status information you refer to is for the detail of each line item of the purchase order and not the overall status of the purchase order. I need the Entered, Printed, Partial Receipt, Completed information on the entire purchase order.

Hi Janet,

We were very close with the last suggestion. Unisoft gave us a hand with the finishing touches:

For Entered vs. Printed, use

ADDITIONAL FIELDS, Transactions, Header Information, "Print Status". False = entered, True=Printed.

For partial receipt, look at ADDITIONAL FIELDS, Transactions, Header Information, "Number of Invoices". If > 0 then it is partial.

For completed, look at ADDITIONAL FIELDS, Transactions, Header Information, "Completed Status". True=completed.

Look only at the header of POs only (not receipts, returns or cost adjustments) by looking at "Document type" in the Header.
