Hi Lynnlab,

The version of Windows (98, 2000, XP) should not affect the printing of specifications within Adagio Invoices, regardless of the version. However, differences in the way Windows is configured can affect printing invoices, which often will be the case when installing a new version of Windows.

- Make sure that 'Large Fonts' is not set up in Windows. There are 2 places to set this in the Windows Display Properties (access by right-clicking on the desktop). Screen 4 has a font setting and screen 5 (advanced) has a DPI setting - they should both be normal. Having a different setting has the effect of shrinking or growing printed invoices.

- The printer driver in use affects things such as page margins. A new printer driver might have a larger margin (making it print too far to the right, for example). Usually only minor adjustments to the specification are required for this type of change, but may be necessary.

If any of the sample specifications we ship with sample data exhibit the same print problems you are experiencing with your live data, then one of the above is likely the culprit. If sample specs do not print unexpected results, then perhaps there is something in your invoice specification that needs to be updated.
