The snapshot confirms they are receiving error 4104's on the batch control file. This error indicates data corruption. They need to seek a database repair.

Why does DIC say the errors are fixed and then when rerun it says they aren't? Possibly because it can't fix them. It tries but then finds it really hasn't. After the Rebuild says it's fixed the errors, do they rerun DIC right away?

They've been running those Adagio versions for several months. Something occurred a few weeks ago it seems that caused the problem.

Thanks for the info. The DIC shows clean after he repair - and then, at some point, it will happen again. Sometimes she can successfully post a couple batches and then it pops up again.
