The upgrades for Adagio OrderEntry 8.0A and Adagio Inventory 8.0A have no influence on installed Lanpaks and the number of users who may use the application. I have performed the upgrade installations in-house with no adverse affects to the number of users.

If you go into OrderEntry or Inventory, go to the Help menu and select About. This screen shows the number of available Lanpak licenses installed and in use. If you see 0 of 5 or something similar, then the Lanpaks are OK. If you see 1, then the Lanpak license is missing.

How were the upgrades installed? On top of the existing Adagio applications or to a new location? If the latter, then that would explain the reason for the multi-user aspect not working - Adagio Lanpaks are tied to the location they are installed to. Was anything deleted prior to installation?
