Occasionally the ePrint button will disappear for some users, so far we have only encountered this in Payables. The remedy is to close out of Adagio and then log back in. Has anyone else reported this or are we the only ones...

From which screen(s) in Payables are you not seeing the ePrint button? Is it when you want to print a report or form? Or is it when you are looking at vendor transactions and want to see a lookup PDF of an archived vendor document?

We haven't heard of any previous reports where the button would disappear intermittently. I believe the visibility of the button is based on whether the program can identify that ePrint has been enabled in the Company Profile and also on the User Preference. Perhaps there is a temporary situation that either of these data files are not readable when the screen is opened, thus Payables cannot tell that ePrint is available. Just thinking of why the behaviour is as it is.

In each case so far, it has been after posting a batch of invoices in Payables. In the Company Profile under Report Options "Auto print posting journal after post" is selected. One of the datasets in which it has occurred is high volume, so potentially posting multiple batches within the same session without a problem and then all of a sudden... Logging out and then back in and going back to the posting journal via the Post menu at the top of the screen, button is back. We have been using ePrint in all modules for the better part of a year now. Every ocurrance has been

Every occurrence has been after several months of use and, in some cases, after successfully ePrinting only moments before...

It doesn't happen often but I was curious

In each case I've had the user run a Data Integrity Check before logging out, no data integrity problems were detected.
