We purchased a new laptop with Windows 10 to use on the network.
All Adagio modules work fine except GL.
The logon screen appears with the correct data path, but will not accept the user log on (it does not give an error message)
nb we have seen other posts which name anti virus software as the issue, but we have disabled the antivirus and it still doesn't work.

Does the logon screen stay open, or does it close without Ledger launching?

Is your Display Scaling set to something other than 100%? If so, change the scaling back to 100%, apply, log out of Windows, and log back in - then the scaling should "stick".
