When trying to add misc charges getting no misc charges to select from.
Please review the attached and advise what might be wrong.


Still can not delete misc charges after day end.

You probably need to go into OrderEntry | Edit Company Profile | Processing Options, and make sure the option "Misc. charges from main list" is checked.

The price list and currency code may also restrict what you see.

Customer currency and misc charge currency are the same.
Customer has existent APL in the same currency. How all components should be configured?

If I understand you correctly, I do not have any shipped but not invoiced orders. All invoices or credit notes were included in last DayEnd.

I find number invoices and credit notes having a Costed Status of No.

By default only those orders/invoices up to and including the system date are included in a day end.

If you have future dated invoices they will not be included.

I did Day end processing (included couple of future dated invoices). All invoices or credit notes were included in last DayEnd.

Now I have no invoices or credit notes having a Costed Status of "No". The same ***not in use*** for misc charges appears.

What else could be wrong?
