Our bank rec module is set up to list every item from its description. We need to see payee, not description. Please advise- we've been stuck with this since 10/04. Thanks!

Hi Robin,

Where particularly did you want to see payee; on a certain screen, grid, or finder? What are the function(s) you are using this for? If it is a grid or finder, perhaps you can edit that grid with the column editor (double click on the grey title bar) to add payee.

If you could provide some more information, that would help us determine if you can get at what you are hoping for.

I want to see payees on the Bank Reconciliation report in the Bank Rec module. The report name is: "Adagio BankRec - Bank Reconciliation (Detail)".

Thank you for your suggestion. I have added it to the wishlist for BankRec for a future release.

In the meantime, if you have Crystal Reports for Adagio, you could modify this report to customize it for your company.

GridView would be able to get you a list of "Outstanding" items with the Payee Name.

Select B/R Reconcillation Header, choose your fields and use a Filter {Status} = "O"
