When printing reports, adagio is not recognizing my printer settings. Only printing on letter paper but all my settings are for legal size in adagio and in my printer properties.

Hello Shannon,

Is this new behaviour? Has anything changed in your computing environment recently? New workstation? New printer? New Adagio modules? New Server?

So, you have new workstations? Now version of Windows? Perhaps Windows 10? New printer drivers?

When you say Adagio is not recognizing legal size paper - do you mean it is selecting the wrong drawer from your printer?

We have updated to windows 7. If I print a batch and go into setup before printing and select legal paper adagio is not recognizing this change and only printing on letter even though all print settings are for legal.

If you aren't running the most recent drivers for your printer, make sure you update those as well.

That said, I have seen the situation where adagio would respect the default printer options and ignore the changes made to the profile for the specific job, so a potential work-around may be to change your default printer options through the "devices and printers" menus before going to print within adagio. You could set-up alternate printer profiles to represent the combinations of options that are needed regularly to make the work-around a bit less annoying.
