This answer is the same answer as it is in ACCPAC Plus Job Costing.
The report is called Jobs in Progress Report.
There are two GL accounts that must be tied to. One is the Work in Progress, and the other is the Billings account. The WIP account should equal the net of the two columns Job Cost Expensed, and Total Costs Incurred. The Billings account should equal the net of the last two columns Recognized Revenue in Excess of Billings, and Billings in Excess of Recognized Revenue.
Since this report is not date sensitive, it is important when posting AJC batches to use a month end cutoff date until such time as you are ready to close that month's GL (the post-dated entries will flow into a new batch). Otherwise you will only be able to tie to the GL current balance.
