I am trying to download the Receivables Service Pack I recently received. The installation gets to a certain point and then I get the message - Error, The file F:Softrak\Receivables\Receivables.exe is not a valid previous version and could not be upgraded. I tried it again with the same results. When I went to the file and clicked on it, it was the opening view for AR. Now when I tried the download again, it won't even accept my install password. I had trouble with the password in June 2015 and on 6/30 Christa (from Amilia Jury's Desk) supplied me with a different password than on my download Special Codes. Could that have caused this problem? I just noticed that my service pack on that June e-mail was for 150625; however, when I open AR, it is saying 150701. Any help for me?

Hi Karen,

Adagio Receivables 9.2A (2015.06.25) is a valid service pack release. Release date (2015.07.01) was a hot fix release. Since then, there have been 2 more hot fixes for AR, followed by the service pack (2016.02.26) that you quoted in this post title.

I suspect the different password for the July 1 hot fix, as compared to the June 25 service pack, is not the cause of any installation problem you are running into here.

We are not aware of any problems with the installation of this service pack not being able to recognize any of the previous hot fix versions and thus refusing to install correctly. You will probably need to be in contact with your Adagio consultant for assistance, if you haven't already.

Well, I had trouble with the last service pack in June and also with the hot fix. I did not receive any hot fixes after 7/1. I was hoping for some help here, but I guess I will have to contact my consultant if I still can't get it going.
