I find it very limited that recurring charge item can only allow 5 accounts. Is there anyway to remove this limit?

I am using recurring charges for monthly rent charge. However we have a separate department number for each house. With the limited account numbers, I need to do a lot of reconciliation work.

Use more than one recurring charge, splitting the monthly amount into 2 or more pieces. It will post 2 or more invoices, but the account distribution will be right.

The AR recurring charge feature is archaic compared to the Archive Batch feature of Adagio Invoices. The downside to using Adagio Invoices is that you have to purchase it, and that you have to do a one-time transfer of your AR recurring charges to Invoices. But there is no limit to the number of accounts you can allocate to for one invoice, and you get to print invoices as well as statements if you desire.
