If you log into any Adagio program using initials other than the System Administrator, and you don't have any groups in File / Group Setup, that user will have full access except for editing Users, Groups, or Currency Codes. The reason is so that users (other than SYS) cannot arbitrarily create security when none is required.

Likely your situation is that for AR and AP, you have Groups defined, but not for OE and GL.

Use the SYS or system administrator login to create the necessary groups to allow other users access, if applicable.
