The 'report tables drive' is stored in the Windows registry on each workstation. Moving the data will not affect this at all, but moving the program files to a different drive almost certainly will.

If it is the program files that were moved to a new mapped drive, then this really isn't the recommended procedure - in case all files aren't moved or paths are not updated. I would recommend reinstalling the Adagio program to the new mapped drive - at which point you can specify the correct 'report tables drive'. Then for all other workstations, re-run the workstation setup.
