That's right. Re-printing an invoice results in printing the same information as originally sent to a customer. If you want to issue a credit, turn the original invoice into a credit note in Adagio Invoices.
Sorry, you can't do that - it would break the audit trail.
Credit out the entire invoice, then copy the original invoice and adjust the amounts you need as appropriate.
