A program which does this is available from KOM, assuming that the new item format will fit in the maximum 4 segments, 16 character limit.

I don't believe Andrew is correct about KOM offering such a program, at least it is not listed on their website.

If you are still in the DOS world, maybe it would be best to do the conversion there before migrating to Adagio. I know there is a product by ACCPAC Options called Item Format Change which will do the trick in DOS.
