No. You can set up Security to prevent posting Invoices but there is no setup for disallowing a user to post credit notes. We can forward this suggestion to Development.

Yes and No. The settings for default printers you see under the File/Options menu is actually saved by workstation, so when running Adagio 6.8B or newer, printing from that station will send reports or documents to a particular printer. However, this setting is not linked in any way to who logs into Adagio, be it SYS or any other user - all will print to the same printer by default.
