Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I did that already and she doesn't have a copy of the PTF so I am still stuck... Is there nowhere I can download it from? Or could you not email it to me?

This ptf is only downloadable from our website by Softrak dealers. I have emailed Peresoft the file today, so they should have it soon.
