I'm not sure my question was read since I posted it along with the Job Cost thread (which solution worked great by the way---thanks!), so I'll repeat it here.

I'm trying to print an AIA Retainage invoice and I'm having a lot of difficulty setting it up. Have you created one in sample data, or on premises that perhaps I could use to get started? We need to follow the AIA form exactly.

Hi Karen,

By the AIA retainage invoice, are you referring to the AIA worksheet report that you could print in Plus Job Costing? Indeed this report was not included in the initial release of Adagio JobCost.

Or are you referring to an invoice specification in Adagio Invoices, which you wish to customize in order to print certain (job cost related) information to conform to AIA requirements? We haven't created any Adagio Invoice sample specifications to meet these requirements - could you indicate what information is necessary?

I would love to have the AIA worksheet, but I'm specifically referring to the Invoice module and setting up an invoice that follows the AIA forms exactly. ie: Total Contract
Change Orders
Subtotal
Total Complete and Stored to date
Retainage
Total Earned Less Retainage
Less Previous Applied Invoices
Current Payment Due this Invoice
That's the form we use, and I'm stumped as to how to have an Invoice print with the necessary information (even if we have to manually enter the information)
