Is there a way to print budgets in a summary format. The only way I can find is 888 pages long as it lists every account with 12 periods each. Even the accounts that we are no longer using.

How about using the financial reporter to show exactly the information you want?

It still comes up with several pages as it shows each active account along with the activities. I was hoping for something like a Trial Balance with just a list of active accounts and the annual budget.

You can do this with F6 Smart Finder from the View Account dialogue and printing or sending the results to Excel.
You can add the Status and Budget fields to the F6 Grid by double clicking on the column titles.

You can also create a financial report that lists the budgets in a trial balance format.

Sorry Michael...Where are you finding the "View Account" dialogue. In the Financial Report section?

On the Ribbon Bar in the General Ledger.t is "View" not "View Account", my mistake.

You might want to talk to your adagio dealer, they can get exactly what you want.
