The easiest way to do this is to turn on the option to "post concolidated" in Adagio Ledger. The transactions will be automatically concolidated as they are posted, so you won't have to remember to do it each month.

You set this on an account by account basis. Select Edit | Accounts in Ledger and choose the account you want posted in consolidated form. Set the posting format to Consolidated. Once the transactions have been consolidated by the posting, you can no longer see or print the details. Make sure that you have an appropriate printout if you might ever need to go back to them.
