Is it possible to change the amount of product ordered on a line of a PO after that line has been partially receipted? By "change", I mean "increase the ordered quantity".

In the PO Company Profile there is an option called "Allow edit of partially receipted orders". If this option is set to True (tick is placed in the box) then you would be able to edit the quantities.
