Because you have 'Field Verification' turned on in the File |Options menu, Quik Check for Windows is being a little too strict in determining if the GL acct code you are entering (manually, not from the finder) is valid. If your turn this off, then you can type in the GL accts as you'd expect, but will not receive any warnings if you enter an invalid acct/dept code.

We have addressed this in a ptf for Adagio Checks, but we are not releasing any more ptfs for 'Quik Check for Windows'.
