Hello,

I have a problem with my Sale Order Details. I run data integrity and in found 1000+ orphan records with gibberish document number. When I rebuild it, it says ophan line deleted but when I run data integrity check again and finds those same lines.

I open the data in GridView and I can see a lot of line items that have gibberish in either document number or order key. I tried deleting the lines from GridView but nothing happens. It is as if it is ready only.

If I delete regular line (Lines with no gibberish) it deletes fine.

I was going to get my backup, but the gibberish content started happening earlier this week. So, I can't really use it due to new transaction has already been made.

Could you upload the data to my attention so we can take a look. It does not have to be the current data, just the backup made before the first DIC error report.

Would you also select Help | System Status from the menu, Proceed and (in the upper left corner) create a System Snapshot? This can be uploaded also, thanks.
