I'm trying to record a cheque that's NSF by viewing in BankRec 9.2A (141218). I can find the deposit and the cheque in View Bank Balances, and NSF Cheque is not greyed out, but when I click on it, nothing happens. From the help file it looks like I should be getting a window coming up, but I'm not.

No the deposit has not been cleared. It's posted and outstanding in the reconciliation window.

In the Security Group settings there is now an option "Allow NFS processing". Your security group must have this option selected in order to process an NFS deposit.

I do have full permissions including NSF. I even logged in as SYS and it didn't work.

Without actually having my hands on the data to see I don't know what else to suggest. Perhaps your Adagio consultant can connect online with you and take a look.
