Hello, is there a way to calculate how much has been invoiced by month - when it has not be posted?

What are you using to create invoices, Adagio Invoices, Adagio Order Entry, or something else? Which versions do you have?

For Adagio Invoices you could look at the batch totals but then that doesn't provide much detail.

For Order Entry, when do you run Day End? If you ran it daily and retrieved and posted the transaction in Ledger you could get your sales figures from there.

Sales Analysis is a must have for anyone looking to analysis sales but it does require that you post the invoices. GridView is another option which can be used to read unposted data.

A bigger question might be "why are you not posting invoices frequently?

I have done this by using Crystal Report for Adagio since several years ago.

I am assuming that you are referring to the O/E module.
Does this mean that you created, printed & posted the Invoice, but did not do the Day-End?
Or, that the document has not been posted? If so, how would we know which Orders to include in the Invoices and which are not?
