When you view the item in Inquiry for Items with Sales and Cost, what is the costing method displayed on the Costing page?

Print the Transaction report, Transaction History to check the transactions that have changed the unit cost.

If you do not keep Transaction History, you will have to go back to the Audit lists to check for transactions that affected the item cost.

Nan - The reason that you don't have any history is that the Audit reports have not been printed and purged. Before doing that, however, go to the Profile > System Options and make sure the 'Retain transaction history' box is selected. Then the history file is updated after purging the Audit report.
