Is there a Last Updated Date, Last Updated by User and Last Updated Time in Adagio Purchase Order?

Hi Marlon,

Not yet. Not until a version of Adagio PurchaseOrders is released that breaks data compatibility with the older Purchase Orders for Adagio 8.1B. I suspect it would be interesting to maintain information for both Created and Last Edited for User/Date/Time as in other Adagio programs.

Is there a particular file you were interested in? POs? Sundry Items? Something else?

That will be great if both Created and Last Edited for User/Date/Time information are available in all Adagio Modules.

Currently, I've been using the one in Order Entry which help out a lot. Now, I'm interested in having it in POs.

Hi, Marlon,

Using GridView and the Adagio Common Files 9.2A dictionary, you can look at the Application Log to see the various types of information PO9.2A is currently able to store. This may provide enough information and more for you. It records the user, time and data and document number when it is loaded, unloaded and posted.

You are able to add the Last Access field to the POs/Receipts/Requisitions grid and it will store the Adagio userID of the person last accessing the document in PO. The Last Updated Date/User/Time fields aren't currently available on the grid though.
