Do we need to print the statements from a workstation or can we print directly to a network fax, it is actually a network MFP

I'd strongly recommend using an email/internet based fax transmission service over trying to get fax hardware working reliably. The fax hardware must be locally connected through a serial or USB port for Adagio to see and communicate correctly with it.
