We currently have 7 digit customer numbers (not in Adagio) and we would like to use Adagio Receivables. Is there a work-around for the 6 digit customer number restriction? Switching the customer numbers is not an option as they are referenced in too many internal systems.

The only workarounds are to either:

A. Find an empty field in the external system that can store the Adagio customer number. The problem with this is a lack of validation to prevent duplicates.
B. Use an external app to be a translation table.

Are you looking to transfer invoices from an external system to Adagio?

You could also map two digits to an alphabetic character. In either case (mine or Doug's), your going to have to post-process the file I think.
