As this is really a technical support question, I'll move the thread into that forum.
The most likely cause of the file not purging after being printed, is that you have printed the report from the Print Preview window. Adagio (in fact no Windows program), can detect that you've printed from there, so purging the information is not offered unless you print specifically using the "Print" button with a destination of File or Printer.
At year end, we would recommend printing all listing reports to a PDF printer (Adobe Acrobat or Microsoft Document Image) and saving them electronically. Adagio will offer to purge the information if this method is chosen.
