1. Export data from Adagio Receivables to Excel
a. Select File / Export
b. Select excel as the export file type.
c. Enter a file name and path (or browse).
d. Click on the Field Selection tab.
e. Clear all the fields in the right window with the double left arrow.
f. Add in the name, address and postal code fields.
g. Save the template for re-use if you wish
h. Click Export.
2. Start MS Word.
a. Select Tools / Mail Merge
b. Under Main Document, click Create, then Mailing Labels.
c. Under Data Source, click Get data.
d. Choose MS Excel as the data type, then browse for the file.
e. When prompted, choose the label type.
f. Click on Merge.
g. Map the fields to the label.
The process in Word may vary slightly between versions.
