A prospect maintains two price lists, one for sales orders under $400 in total and a second for orders over $400. They guess before entering the details which one to use, and they are right over 90% of the time.

But if they are wrong, they can now change the tier and the order will be re-priced.

Is there anything like this in Adagio?

What would work, but I don't think is possible, is to change the Price List code in the Header tab of an open order, and have that change propagate through to the details.

I can forward the suggestion to have a change to the Price List on the header propagate to the details and recalculate the price. Indeed in the current shipping release of OE, this does not happen, but instead is a default value only for when new details are added - items and misc charges.

A change like this would be a pretty significant undertaking, considering the pricing logic relates to not only the price list, but also the customer levels, item markup or discount, special prices, if an item doesn't belong to that price list, and so on.

Another possibility is to add the Price List field to the right of the option "Update item information and pricing" on the screen used to copy an order.

We can already re-price an order using this function - it would be a pretty logical place to re-price based on a new Price List.
