I have a client who is running General Ledger 8.0A version 031218. When you go to enter data into the data entry window, the final line with the debit and credit entry is cut off and distorted so that you cannot see the box in which the data is to be entered. An integrity check turns up no errors. A reinstall also did not correct the problem. There are also other minor distortions - for instance in the Data Integrity Check window, some of the buttons on the right hand side of the window are not lined up properly. Any idea what might be causing this problem? Thanks for your help.

Check your Windows Display Properties to ensure that you are not running with ?Large Fonts?.

This from the Important Notes of the Readme File:

Large Fonts

Adagio does not support the Windows Large Fonts setting.

To clarify:

With XP, you may set Large Fonts from the Display Properties | Appearance Tab but not from the Settings Tab.

The Appearance Tab changes the Windows Titles and appearance. The Setttings Tab tries to alter the "application" settings and Adagio does not respond correctly. This may change at some future date.
