Hi, Shirley,

What error exactly comes up? And, is this error occurring when you print the Company Profile? I'd like to know what happens when you try to print that report please.

This is the message I'm getting. Of course it changes with every report I try to print or preview.

The table "ALW92_Company_Profile' could not be found. Error in File Alacctp_v2{B1F48895-F518-4B63-BFD9-6564590C83CF}.rpt:
The table could not be found.

This error comes up when trying to print anything from any of the reports in the Ledger. It will show the "blue" loading line, then goes to "loading print engine..." then up comes the error.

Only place I can print within the Ledger module is in the Financial.

Thanks for the extra info.

1) There's one other report I'd like you to try please. Would you select File | User Preferences and print/preview the Listing? Let me know if there is any error received with this report and, if so, exactly what it is.

2) Then, would you select Help | System Status from the main Ledger menu. Select the Proceed button and, on the next screen in the upper right corner, select the System Snapshot button. At the top of this next screen, you'll see the data path and file name of the zip file that will be created. Select the Take Snapshot button. This will produce a zip file that can easily be attached to an email you can address to Support@Softrak.com. The information should provide us with more detail as to what occurred during the install process there.

Received the snapshot, thank you.

Another question. Is anyone else in your office able to successfully print a Company Profile or Trial Balance report in your office?

Do you know for certain that your Windows user profile has full access to the entire Softrak folder on the server? If not, you may need to contact your Adagio consultant or IT people to confirm this.

Looking through the System Snapshot may take a bit and I may well have other questions for you also.

I'm the only user at present. When there is another user they only have access to AP.

As for full access ... you got me there - not that computer literate ... guessing I may have to bite the bullet and contact the consultant :-(

Hi, Shirley,

It's important that you have full access to the entire Softrak folder. Actually, the other user would want this also but, for now, they are still running an AP8 product.

Please check and confirm this with us.

Also, when you do installs, do you use the same Windows user logon as you do normally, or do you have a special Windows user logon for doing installs with?

Only one log on for this computer where Adagio lives.
Seeing if I can link up with our consultant about the access, but sure she set this computer up as the lead.
Will let you know what I find out
