In A/R, I'm wondering what the criteria is to eliminate transactions from 'current view' customer transactions. I have items that have been applied (payment against charge) and yet they still show up when I select 'current view'.

Hi Sue

You either have to run Period End or print Statements for the Billing Cycle of that customer, depending on a setting in Company Profile.

Once you tell us what your setting is (Company Profile | System Options | Clear transaction detail by), we can give you further information.

In any case, the only transactions that move to history from current are those with a zero dollar outstanding balance. Also, the transaction cannot be dated in the future.
