Why not do all that analysis using the "other side" of the transaction? Break out the credit side of the invoice into different revenue accounts? You can change the bank account number of the cash receipt by deleting the control account for the customer and selecting a different bank g/l account.

SInce I'm not familiar with the specific requirements of your business and its reporting needs, I'm not sure what the best way would be to set up Adagio Payables. I think that an hour or two of advice from your Softrak Partner would be time well spent.
