Adagio Receivables allows you to calculate interest on the entire amount outstanding, or on only those invoices that are overdue. You can also choose to include or exclude interest as part of the calculation. You cannot choose to calculate interest on some invoices, but not on others. Actually, are you trying to exclude certain invoices, or actual items sold on an invoice? For the former, we can certainly consider that for a future enhancement, for the latter, I don't think that would be "doable", and I'm not sure the business reason for needing this.
